Brain damaging habits



1.  No Breakfast  
People   who do not take breakfast are going to have a  lower blood  sugar level. This leads to an  insufficient supply of nutrients to  the brain  causing brain degeneration.


2   . Overeating
It  causes hardening of  the brain arteries, leading to  a decrease in mental power.  


3.   Smoking  
It  causes multiple  brain shrinkage and may lead to  Alzheimer disease.  


4.   High Sugar  consumption  
Too  much sugar will  interrupt the absorption of  proteins and nutrients causing  malnutrition and  may interfere with brain development.  


5.   Air Pollution  
The  brain is the  largest oxygen consumer in our 20  body. Inhaling polluted air  decreases the supply  of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a  decrease  in brain efficiency.


6   . Sleep  Deprivation  
Sleep  allows our brain  to rest.. Long term deprivation  from sleep will accelerate the death  of brain  cells..


7.   Head covered  while sleeping  
Sleeping  with the head  covered increases the concentration  of carbon dioxide and decrease  concentration of  oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.  


8.   Working your  brain during  illness  
Working  hard or  studying with sickness may lead to a  decrease in effectiveness of  the brain as well as  damage the brain.


9.   Lacking in  stimulating  thoughts  
Thinking   is the best way to train our brain, lacking in  brain  stimulation thoughts may cause brain  shrinkage.  


10.   Talking Rarely  
Intellectual   conversations will promote the efficiency of the  brain

7 Tips Membuatkan Otak Berfikir Lebih Cepat




1. Ambil dosis EPA secukupnya
EPA adalah bahan kimia dalam minyak ikan yang merupakan makanan bagi otak, setiap orang pasti sudah mengetahuinya.Kajian menunjukan bahawa minyak ikan dapat memberikan peningkatan aktiviti pada otak, melancarkan peredaran darah, dan meningkatkan daya ingatan kita.

2. Seks secara terancang
Melakukan seks dapat melepaskan kimia yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otak menurut buku Teach yourself Training your brain yang ditulis oleh pengajar senior dan seorang ahli biologi. Seks adalah bentuk sempurna dari latihan, yang juga meningkatkan peredaran darah ke otak. Ia dapat mengurangkan stress dan ketegangan yang menurunkan efisiensi kinerja otak.

3. Buat teka teki
Teka-teki silang, Sudoku atau yang lainnya dapat membuat otak korang tetap pada kondisi terbaik. Sama seperti otot, jika korang tidak berlatih secara reguler, ia akan kehilangan kemampuannya untuk bekerja secara maksima.

4. Berjalan kaki
Tidak ada yang dapat mengalahkan udara segar yang dapat menyegarkan pikiran. Berjalan di bandar, dekat sungai atau di taman akan membantu korang menyingkirkan awan kelabu dan membantu pikiran korang lebih ‘jernih.’

5. Ketawa/Senyum
Ketawa bukan saja merupakan ubat terbaik, ia juga dapat meningkatkan fungsi otak dan menstimulasi kedua sisi otak.Pastikan korang ketawa setiap hari yer.Lagipun senyum itu sedekah ;)

6. Berfikiran Kreatif
Melukis atau pelajari alat musik yang baru dapat menyebabkan korang berfikir lebih cepat dan Kreatif.jadi,kalau korang minat muzik,selalu2 kanlah pergi Jamming

7. Berhubungan dengan sifat Keanak-Anakan
Einstein pernah berkata bahawa imaginasi lebih penting daripada pengetahuan dan ia menggunakannya pada beberapa eksperimen yang akhirnya menemui perhitungan paling terkenal sepanjang masa (E=MC2).

Cuba kita lihat anak-anak, mereka penuh dengan imaginasi, dan mereka belajar lebih banyak pada tahun-tahun awal kehidupan mereka lebih daripada apa yang kita pelajari selama satu dekad. Bebaskan pikiran korang dari penjara pikiran ‘seorang dewasa’, koraang akan menemui cara berpikir yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya.
